For policyholders who use Pay My Bill, effective December 1, 2025, a 2.99% processing fee will be added when paying via credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, our authorized service provider, One Inc, will process the transaction on our behalf. One Inc’s name will appear on statements and the charge will be the payment plus processing fee. To avoid fees, use our free ACH option. To switch to ACH, policyholders can select Billing and then Payment Options while logged into their account.
