Automation

In our commitment to continuous improvement to better serve you, we have developed automation processes that will increase the timeliness of our new business and renewal transactions. By amending the subject lines of emails submitted to the EquineUW@gaig.com box with the following information, you can help us speed up delivery to underwriting, leading to faster policy issuance!

  • Renewal and/or endorsement emails: In the subject line please indicate the policy number and action.
    • Ex: AMP E444444 Ren Updated or Endt/change/add/delete/amend
  • New business: please indicate the insured’s name and action.
    • Ex: Jane Doe NB or Jane Doe New
  • If you are following up on information already sent over, using “Update” in the email subject line lets us know that this is not a new transaction but additional information.
  • Take advantage of our fillable application & SOC! You can find these valuable resources in the Resources section of the agency portal. To locate them easily, use the search bar or filter option. If you need assistance, feel free to contact your underwriter for a copy.
    • Important Tip: When using the fillable application, please ensure to include the complete address (city, state, and zip code).

Thank you for helping us serve you better!

Over-Age But Not Over-The-Hill

Just a friendly reminder that providing JOV annually for our “senior” horses helps maintain their value. Without it, a 20% reduction in value will be applied.

One Inc Roll Out

We were thrilled to announce the implementation of the One Inc ClaimsPay V4 platform. The new upgrade allowed for enhanced customer experience. Some key changes were:

  1. Faster Payments: Processing times became quicker.
  2. Flexible Customer Choice Payment Options: Insureds gained the ability to choose from various methods, including direct deposit and checks.
  3. Enhanced Security: Advanced measures were incorporated to protect information.
  4. User-Friendly Interface: Managing and tracking payments became easier.
  5. Real-Time Updates: Insureds stay informed with notifications on payment status.

We believe these enhancements significantly improve the ease of submitting a claim. It’s all part of our continued commitment to the goal of the best possible service we can provide!
